Abstract
An autonomous mode of operation of a Palm Pilot controlled robot is the topic of this article. Hardware/software, communications details, programming, and application of the robot controlled by Palm Vx- resident program are described. Control scheme is determIntstic in nature and it assumes some knowledge of the environment.
