A recent camping trip led me to reflect on the opportunities that lie ahead for examining complex relationship between Race and recreation/leisure. These reflections are not new or earth shattering but a gentle reminder that our commitment to understanding Race remains at odds with the questions we ask and the theoretical lens we apply.
