Abstract
This study describes a survey of the current relationship between speech communication education and peace education at the college level. Issues addressed include attitudes toward peace education, actual teaching related to peace and peacemaking, and peace research priorities. Discussion focuses on the diverse and often contradictory attitudes held by respondents and the consequent study opportunities and obligations for the SC A Peace Communication Commission.
