Abstract
Drug therapy has a pivotal role in the management of the neurogenic bladder. In this article the author discusses the neuroanatomic and physiologic bases of pharmacologic bladder manipulation and providers a practical approach for the use of a variety of drugs used in children to modulate neurogenic bladder function.
