Abstract

The plane wave scattering response of an electrically small, isotropic chiral sphere moving with a constant velocity in free space has been obtained. The analysis involves the Lorentz transformations and the polarizabilities of a stationary chiral sphere. This work may be of use in studying the electromagnetic properties of floating chiral aerosol particles.
