Polymer-diluted small molecule organic semiconductors with extreme thermal stability

Abstract

We show that diluting small molecule hole transport materials through co-evaporation with the amorphous fluoropolymer Teflon AF dramatically improves their thermal stability and lowers their refractive index without sacrificing electrical performance.
