Abstract
10 enzyme systems of the Prunoidae subfamily (sweet cherry, sour cherry, their wild forms and distant hybrids were investigated. 8 loci controlling some zones of electrophoretic banding patterns were identified. EST, SOD, AMY, PRX, SKD were the most variable enzymes which detected cultivar polymorphism. The changeability of LAP, AAT, FDH, GDH, ACP was revealed on the species level and may be used for their identification.
