N2 - The transition between the perturbative and non-perturbative regimes of QCD is studied by using realistic models to examine the spatial extent of wave packets formed in high-Q2 elastic electron-nucleon scattering. We find that such packets may be much smaller than hadronic ground states, for momentum transfers as low as about Q2 = 1 GeV/c2.
