Abstract

This paper examines the relationships between selected independent variables (age, boat length, boat type, years boating experience, knowledge about water pollution issues, awareness of the consequences of Sewage Pumpout Station usage) and the percent of human waste discharged in a sewage pumpount station among Maryland boaters in the Chesapeake Bay region.
