92Pricing consulting services is a traditional challenge for all consultants, and it poses special challenges for organization development (OD) consultants. Pricing is one of those classic “Ps” in the four or seven Ps of marketing. Others within the classic 4 Ps of marketing include promotion, product, and place, and additional others in the expanded list of 7 Ps of marketing include people, processes, and physical evidence (Goi, 2009).
