Abstract
The possibility of testicular insufficiency is a common problem; presentation varies with the severity of the defect, developmental age achieved before onset, and presence of associated other abnormalities. Primary and secondary testicular insufficiency commonly present at puberty but may also present at birth or in the early neonatal period.
