Abstract

Intravenous drug abusers are prone to many complications, one of which is development of pseudoaneurysm at the injection site. We report an unusual case of an intravenous drug abuser who developed a pseudoaneurysm of the external iliac artery with hematoma dissecting into the iliopsoas muscle and discuss the role of doppler and CT in the diagnosis.
