Abstract

Pulmonary vasculature includes the pulmonary arteries and veins. Vessels are larger near the mediastinum and taper peripherally. The appearance can vary considerably with patient positioning and technique. This chapter discusses the appearance of pulmonary vasculature, causes for normal variations in the appearance of pulmonary vasculature, and some pulmonary vascular pathology.
