Abstract
The information technology (IT) project management is discussed from the perspectives of human nature and behavior involved in any team of professionals. The n-body problem is discussed where there is n (n-1)/2 working relationships involved in a team of n members. The principle-centered leadership which focuses on the manager's behavior as an agent for change is reviewed.
