Abstract

The bibliography with approximately 825 references is intended to be as comprehensive an English-language bibliography of research and publication on VAT as possible. The basic approach to compiling the bibliography was to reveiw citations in about 250 publications in the VAT area. The works consulted are themselves listed among the bibliographic entries. The entries are listed in an unclassified alphabetical order. There are also 27 annoated references to dissertations, and an introduction.-from Author
