Abstract
A novel copper specific colorimetric probe molecule was developed which shows rapid response and low detection limit. Proof-of-concept for high-throughput analysis is demonstrated utilizing flow injection analysis, enabling real-time monitoring of copper concentration in reaction streams. The probe molecule design and high-performance liquid chromatography applications are discussed in this manuscript.
