Resummation at Small x

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

In this contribution we briefly review the concept of resummation at small x. The problems with large NLL corrections are first discussed, together with their kinematical origin. Different forms of kinematical constraints are studied, and a resummation scheme reviewed which takes into account these constraints as well as other corrections due to the collinear dynamics. Finally, implications of resummation for phenomenology are reviewed, in the context of the inclusive DIS data and the high energy neutrino interaction and production cross sections.
