Abstract

We demonstrate broadband waveguiding second harmonic generation in bulk, non-centrosymmetric 3R-MoS2. SHG conversion is demonstrated using polarization and wavelength-resolved imaging. We report the first measurement of SHG coherence length in 3R-stacked van der Waals waveguides.
