    Abstract

SCAPN is a computer analysis program developed at the University of Illinois for a broad class of switched-capacitor (SC) circuits. This paper illustrates SCAPN's nonlinear distortion and sensitivity analyses for several example circuits. In particular, a thorough sensitivity analysis is presented for five network realizations for a fifth-order elliptic anti-aliasing filter used in CODEC systems. It is shown how the large quantity of sensitivity data produced by SCAPN can be analyzed to reveal relative merits of alternative circuit realizations.
