Abstract
In this report we describe the case of a patient with a significant coronary artery dissection following percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in whom serial coronary arteriograms were obtained over a 6‐week period. These demonstrated healing of the dissected vessel and correlated with abatement of the patient's angina. © Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
