Organizations are increasingly outsourcing their Information Technology (IT) operations and business processes to service providers. Analysis and synchronization of service configuration information across software and various functional teams is necessary to reduce the complexity and cost associated with customizing service contracts for every customer. In this paper we propose a service configuration mechanism using graph-theoretical modeling of concepts associated with service offerings in order to capture, organize, share and analyze the content, concepts and contexts of service instances across different phases of service contracts. The graph model is derived using formal concept analysis and is encoded using Semantic Web standards.
