Abstract

This paper provides a succint statement of the deterministic dynamic disequilibrium network design problem. The formulation developed here is currently the subject of of an effort to provide numerical tools for optimal dynamic infrastructure capital budgeting. We also present a numerical solution of a small example model using a discrete multigrid optimization approach.
