Abstract
BioLimeTM, a material comprised of organic calcium salts derived from organic waste (sawdust, municipal solid waste or agricultural waste), is used to simultaneously control SOx, NOx and N2O emissions from pulverized coal combustion (PCC) and circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) with calcium utilizations greater than 90%, i.e., 90% SO2 removal at Ca/S = 1.
