Abstract
A special doped Ce:Fe: LiNb03 photorefractive (PR) crystal holography using a visible-light low-power laser diode is presented. Analysis of angular and wavelength selectivities of PR holograms are given, in which we have shown that the wavelength-multiplexed reflection-type holograms offer a uniform and efficient selectivity. Experimental demonstrations are provided. The application of this specially doped crystal to optical signal processing computing and neural networks are feasible.
