Abstract
We investigate the structure of fluxons in two-dimensional Josephson junctions. It has been shown that the magnetic flux has the form of a rotating spiral wave. The core of the spiral wave is pinned by a vortex or by a magnetic inclusion in the superconductor. The frequency of rotation of these waves is significantly lower than the Josephson frequency for point junctions.
