Abstract

Arachnoid cysts (ACs) are commonly encountered fluid collections in the central nervous system. Increased imaging acquisition has translated into an increased detection of these cysts. There have also been several advances in the surgical management of these lesions. The authors report various treatment options for ACs including internal diversion.
