Abstract

The problem of time-harmonic radiation from sources in the presence of a horizontally stratified chiral slab has been developed by formulating the relevant dyadic Green's functions. This problem is of interest for the purpose of electromagnetic shielding by artificial chiral materials active at microwave frequencies.
