title = "Structure characterization of bacterial cellulose during dehydration process",
abstract = "The structure of bacterial cellulose has been extensively studied by X-ray diffraction and other techniques. Most of the previous X-ray diffraction experiments have used freeze-dried and air-dried samples. In this study, a standard method using X-ray diffraction with a two-dimensional detector to monitor the crystal structure changes during the native cellulose dehydration process is established. The orientation of cellulose crystals during dehydration was also investigated.",
