The assessment is performed in two ways such as a written student survey completed at the end of the course and focus groups conducted early in the semester following the completion of a seminar. The goals of the assessment includes overall satisfaction of students, achievement of seminar objectives, and activities that student experiences in seminars. The results are tabulated and summarized, which are then given to the respective faculty and used as a guide for the development of the course.
