Abstract

This survey investigated students’ experience with and reactions to a college library’s new electronic reserve system (ERS). Results document active use, a preference for ERS over traditional reserves, and enthusiasm with enhanced access. Somewhat greater satisfaction was found among off-campus students and those who had previously used traditional reserves.
