Abstract
Plants of 12 species were exposed to 0.20 ppm of ozone for 5 hr periodically throughout the growing season. Species exhibiting symptoms, in descending order of susceptibility, were Hinodegiri azalea, black cherry, American sycamore, hybrid poplar, yellow poplar, black walnut, Delaware Valley white azalea, black elder, and spreading cotoneaster. Species failing to show symptoms were Austrian pine, eastern white pine, and Virginia pine. -from US Govt Reports Announcements, 14, 1982
