Abstract
The synthesis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and the lattice parameter determination of NaZr2P3O12 (NZP) materials are investigated. In one series, the M-site was occupied by a divalent metal, and the two A-sites by Ti and Cr atoms. In another series, the M-site was occupied by Cu(I) and the A-site by either Ti or a combination of Zr and Cu(II). All synthesized materials were pure phase with a clear NZP structure. The standard deviations were determined from 3 runs of the same composition Ba(TiCR)P3O12. The standard deviation was 0.0012 nm for the a parameter and 0.0088 nm for the c parameter.
