Synthesis of equivalent circuits for two-port integral passive components

Abstract

Using a minimum number of data points, rational polynomial functions were obtained to synthesize equivalent circuits. The equivalent circuits revealed parasitic effects associated with the physical layout of the structure. The equivalent circuit was also used to simulate the response of the embedded passives.
