Abstract
Talent management is all about attracting, developing, and retaining the best people. “Best” is a loaded word in that it can have many meanings—depending on who determines what is “best,” in what culture “best” is considered, how “best” is defined, and when “best” is determined to be relevant. What are the elements to consider during talent acquisition, development, and retention? This chapter examines the role of talent management in building a coaching culture.
