Abstract

SANS investigations were carried out on the structural changes of micelles of triblock copolymers (Pluronic P84 and P105) in aqueous solutions as functions of temperature and added 1-phenylethanol concentration. Modeling of the SANS data reveals that morphological changes from spherical to cylindrical and then to lamellar micelles occur with either increasing temperature or concentration of added dl-1-phenylethanol. The mechanism of these structural changes has been presented.
