Abstract

Saaty uses ratio scale (π1, π2,..., πt) for the values of the alternatives {T1, T2,...,Tt} for a decision problem. Here, πij is the ratio of the priority of Ti to that of Tj. In this context, a specific rank ordering of the ratio scale is tested.
