Abstract

Two-dimensional (2D) layered materials are drawing considerable attention across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines owing to their exquisite electronic, optoelectronic, mechanical and chemical properties. In this article, a short review of our recent work on 2D-electronics will be presented.
