The Only Way to Survive Falling out of an Airplane Is to Go Limp

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

In this chapter, Dr. McDowell discusses maintaining resilience within a hierarchy. Do the right thing no matter how much it hurts. Provide explanations when requested or when patient safety requires one. Otherwise, it is often counterproductive and time consuming. There is always more work to be done, find it. Take full advantage of supervisors in order to vet your decisions to protect yourself and your patients.
