Abstract
The radio structure of the source 0927 + 352 (87GB 092752.8 + 351642) consists of a highly variable compact core and an extended diffuse halo, and comparison of its mas-scale and arcsec-scale structures suggests a twist of an internal jet and strong projection effects. Its optical counterpart varies by about 2 mag and shows no hint of emission lines in its spectrum. A mean time-scale of radio variability of about 6-2+4 yr and a mean time delay between optical and radio 'events' of about 4 yr are suggested by collected data. X-ray emission from 0927 + 352 was detected by the ROSAT satellite, and we report on its X-ray spectrum. 0927 + 352 is probably a rather slowly variable BL Lac, although it could be a QSO with very weak emission lines.
