Abstract
Based on an empirical study of 269 hotel employees in Korea, this research examines the hypotheses that the interaction with leader-member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) has an effect on trust in organization (TIO) and that POS affects organizational commitment (OC), through TIO as a mediator variable. The results of this study support both hypotheses. Managerial implications were also discussed.
