Abstract

The structure of hydrogel nanoparticle, formed by the self-aggregation of cholesteryl group bearing pullulan (CHP), has been investigated. We also observed the interaction between the nanoparticle and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) or methyl-beta-Cyclodextrin (b-CD) by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). The nanoscopic structures and interaction between CHP and BSA/ b-CD were determined by SANS and DLS.
