N2 - Background: The potential role of bevacizumab in the treatment of ovarian granulosa-cell tumors has not been evaluated. Case: An 82 year old woman with refractory ovarian granulosa-cell carcinoma was treated with bevacizumab with symptomatic relief of ascites.
