Abstract
Recent research has shown that the computer can be an effective therapeutic tool. The aim of this paper is to describe the methodology of a hand-held computer program used as an adjunct to cognitive-behavior therapy for panic disorder. Details of the program are presented as well as a case in which the method was implemented.
