Abstract
Radiation by sources wholly confined to a vacuous halfspace bordering an isotropic chiral halfspace has been examined. The relevant Green’s functions have been formulated using the Fresnel reflection coefficients. For illustration and understanding, the radiation fields of a vertical electric dipole have been investigated.
