Abstract
In an era where traditional semiconductor devices, like silicon-based chips, demand exceptionally high material purity to operate effectively, even the slightest impurities can dramatically degrade performance, driving up manufacturing expenses and diminishing the yield of functional devices. This landscape, however, is being transformed by the advent of topological devices, which represent a paradigm shift in material science and electronics.
