N2 - Due to rapid evolutions in marketplaces, enterprises tend to focus on their core processes and establish coalitions with partners. Such business trends require the collaboration of many partners to fulfill common objectives and redefine enterprise organizational structures to enable dynamic adaptation of processes. In this context, constraints on the organizational structures impact the design of information systems. Enterprises must continually analyze their value chains in order to set up adapted collaborative strategies with respect to the information system and the organizational structure. In this paper we introduce an approach to design a service-oriented resource-driven enterprise model and highlight an organizational framework to supports an agile organizational structure.
