Abstract
PhD degrees in environmental engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, and currently is co-director of the Small Public Water Systems Technology Assistance Center (SPWSTAC) at Penn State-Harrisburg. His work has been published in JOURNAL AWWA, Environmental Science & Technology, Water Research, and Ozone Science & Engineering. Charles A. Cole is the Berg Pro-., fessor of Engineering at Penn State-Harrisburg and codirector of the SPWSTAC. David A. Long is professor emeritus of civil and environmental engineering at Penn State, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University Park, PA 16801.
