Abstract

In order to insure that transfer students are properly prepared, it is essential the four-year baccalaureate programs have input into the associate degree programs. As evidence of this, a comparison will be made that includes a look at students' preparation for entering the civil engineering technology baccalaureate degree program at The Pennsylvania State University, Capitol Campus, the type of Curricula the students are coming from, and the percentage of the number of students who then complete the baccalaureate degree program.
