Abstract

Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz TDS), in conjunction with pump-probe measurements, constitute a powerful probe of charge transport and ultrafast carrier dynamics in condensed matter. This paper demonstrates the unique capabilities of THz TDS to investigate charge transport in wide band-gap solids.
