    Abstract

The electromagnetic properties of High-κ BST rods are investigated numerically and experimentally with the goal to fabricate a transparency cloak. With respect to the metal Split Ring Resonator cloak reported in the literature the full dielectric approach, based on Mie resonances is simpler to fabricate with comparable performances in terms of Radar Cross Section, a welcome feature in the prospect of a millimetre wave operation.
